Things to look forward to seeing at the next Millyard Build

New things have appeared at the Millyard, and you'll be excited to see them!

On July 26th, Master Builders Erik and Steve went to Manchester to do some research and count the bricks that remain. I tagged along to finish a roof on the locomotive works, and make some adjustments to a couple of buildings. While we were there, we discovered that Douglas had been busy too!

First, Douglas built his own version of a mill building. So, everyone needs to congratulate him on his structure that he built to hide the LEGO power supply that is controlling the train. Douglas's description of his building event was most amusing. Douglas's second addition is far more impressive.

Douglas added a camera to the train. Since the train goes right through the center of everything instead of traveling around the edges, it looks fabulous! There is no need to ruin the feeling to which the viewer is treated as the train travels its circuit, so I won't attempt to describe it here. Just make certain to check out the train cam on your next visit to the Millyard. Hey, maybe NELUG's camera toting train should travel though, and not around, our layouts too.
